Ayushmann Khurrana to celebrate eco-friendly Ganesh Chaturthi!

Everywhere in the nation, people celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi. But those who live in Maharashtra hold a particular place in their hearts for it. Positive energy permeates the air, and the community's eagerness and joy to bring Bappa home are out of this world. Many Bollywood celebrities celebrate by inviting Lord Ganesha to their homes. Actor Ayushmann Khurrana also made the decision to honor the auspicious day by making prayers to an elephant god idol. The actor shared a glimpse of his Ganpati celebrations on Instagram.

 

Ayushmann Khurrana is not only a talented actor but also a devoted philanthropist and environmentalist. Therefore, the actor and his wife Tahira Kashyap Khurrana chose to go the eco-friendly approach to prevent contaminating the waterbodies by drowning non-biodegradable Ganesha statues. Tahira created the idol herself with eco-friendly materials.

 

The pair shared a preview of their Ganpati celebrations on Instagram. The handcrafted statue was pictured in the photo album's opening image sitting on a throne that was exquisitely adorned with marigolds. Additionally, the pair gave Bappa his preferred food. The duo then posed for a cute photo with Ayushmann's mum. In another image, the couple was posed with their hands clasped in front of their Bappa while wearing traditional clothing. The final image shows the couple in their entirety.

 

The Badhaai Ho actor dressed for the occasion in a three-piece Indian outfit consisting of a kurta, pajama, and matching bandi. With a sleeveless top and a blush pink saree, Tahira looked stunning.
